Remnants highlighted the struggle to overcome cultural taboos in order to access critical healthcare information for Asians and Pacific Islanders (API) living with HIV/AIDS, and the need for health service organizations to provide culturally sensitive information on the epidemic to at-risk ethnic populations.

Broken decorative plates were arranged on an assortment of earth-covered rugs.
